9月开发公告|September Development Update

大家好，这里是本月的开发进度说明。

首先要和大家说明一下，最近我的现实生活比较忙，目前正在花很多时间寻找新的工作——这次对我来说真的非常重要，因此这段时间能够投入到游戏开发中的时间和精力都明显减少了。

原本我希望能够按照之前的计划继续推进第五章第二部分，但以目前的情况来看，我暂时没有足够的时间完成原定规模的全部内容。

因此，第五章第二部分的内容规模也会进行调整，预计缩减为：

• 1个主线任务

• 2个支线任务

我不希望单纯为了赶更新而强行塞入大量完成度不足的内容，所以这次会优先保证现有剧情、演出和整体完成度。

也希望大家能够理解目前的情况，并且请根据更新进度理智订阅。如果你主要是为了等待新的剧情内容，也完全可以等第二部分正式发布之后再回来支持。

目前预计第五章第二部分会在 10月初至10月中旬 推出。具体时间仍然取决于我接下来一段时间的求职进展和能够用于开发的时间。

第二部分剧情预告

第二部分将直接接续上一部分的剧情。

面具男将再次与史莱姆会合，双方会进一步商讨接下来的合作，以及应该如何继续渗透敌人的内部。

为了推进这个计划，故事将展开两条新的支线。

两条支线分别对应一位不同的宿主。根据她们各自的身份、环境和弱点，史莱姆也会采取完全不同的侵蚀手段。

这一次的目标不再只是单纯寻找新的宿主，而是尝试利用宿主的身份进一步接近敌人的内部，并为之后的行动制造新的突破口。

两条支线也会分别为之后的主线剧情埋下一些伏笔。

现阶段我会优先处理好找工作的事情，同时利用空余时间继续推进开发。等现实生活这边逐渐稳定下来之后，我也会尽量恢复正常的开发和更新节奏。

Hi everyone,

Here is a quick update on the current development progress.

First, I want to explain my situation honestly. Recently, I've been spending a lot of my time looking for a new job — and this time, it is genuinely very important for me.

Because of that, the amount of time and energy I can currently dedicate to game development has been significantly reduced.

I originally hoped to continue Chapter 5 Part 2 according to the previous plan, but under the current circumstances, I simply don't have enough time to finish everything at the originally planned scale.

As a result, the scope of Chapter 5 Part 2 will be reduced to approximately:

• 1 Main Story Quest

• 2 Side Quests

Rather than rushing a larger amount of unfinished or underdeveloped content just to meet a deadline, I would prefer to focus on making the existing story, scenes, and overall presentation as polished as possible.

I hope everyone can understand the situation, and I also want to encourage everyone to subscribe responsibly based on the current update schedule.

If you're mainly supporting the project for new story content, it's completely fine to wait until Part 2 is actually released before subscribing again.

Chapter 5 Part 2 is currently expected to release sometime between early and mid-October.

The exact timing will depend on how my job search progresses and how much development time I am able to find over the next few weeks.

Chapter 5 Part 2 Preview

Part 2 will continue directly from where the previous update ended.

The Masked Man will reunite with the Slime, and the two will discuss how their cooperation should move forward — particularly how they can further infiltrate the enemy from within.

To advance this plan, the story will branch into two new side quests.

Each side quest will focus on a different host.

Because the two hosts have different identities, circumstances, and weaknesses, the Slime will also use a unique method of corruption/infiltration for each of them.

This time, the objective is no longer simply to acquire new hosts.

Instead, the Slime will attempt to use these hosts as a way to gradually penetrate deeper into the enemy's organization and create new openings for future operations.

Both side stories will also establish several elements that will become important later in the main story.

For now, I need to prioritize my job search while continuing development whenever I have enough free time.

Once things in real life become more stable, I'll do my best to return to a more regular development and update schedule.
