The first page is a board of eight projects; tap a card to open that project's three pages — the brief (what done looks like, why it matters, what's out of scope, who needs to agree, risks, checkpoints), the plan (milestones and tasks) and running notes. Twenty-four meeting pages separate decisions from actions, with a who and a by-when on every action line; filling those four rows before people leave the room is the whole point. Twenty-four weekly resets cover shipped, slipped, blocked and the three for next week. Dark theme, which behaves better on a screen share.
