Sena keeps using “training” as the perfect excuse to push her juniors deeper into her rules.

On the day of the resistance training, there are still people in the dojo. Sena gives Miu zero time to prepare—open palm, backhand, then the sole of her foot, one sharp slap after another across her face. The sounds echo through the hall. Miu’s legs shake, her cheeks turn red and swollen, yet she still clenches her teeth and refuses to drop. Sena forces her to her knees and makes her admit in front of everyone why she is so weak, then makes her say the words out loud: “I am Sena-senpai’s foot pad.” The other members are watching. Meimei was only leaning against the wall enjoying the show—until Sena locks eyes with her. By the end, she is on the mat too.

The next day at Miu’s apartment, Meimei herself asks for extra training. Sena-senpai plants both feet straight onto her face. Bare soles, dirty shoe bottoms, one pair after another. And finally she pulls Miu in as well, having her stomp down hard on Meimei’s face. Miu starts hesitant… then drives her foot down with force. The “slave under the slave” hierarchy is officially locked in.

These two episodes together are the moment Sena stops pretending it’s just club training and takes complete control.
She loves watching her juniors go from stubborn denial, to kneeling, to being stepped on—and finally to actively joining the domination.

For fans of Yuri, Femdom, face slapping, trampling, shoe play, public humiliation, senpai/kouhai dynamics, and deep D/s power play (male M / female M friendly).
