Fansky policies

Refund Policy

Digital works can be downloaded as soon as you pay, so our approach is to fix the problem first and refund when it can’t be fixed. This policy explains when you can request support or a refund, how to do it, and how long it takes.

Effective date: March 12, 2024

01Scope

This policy covers product orders on Fansky. Memberships and tips have separate rules, described below. Nothing here affects consumer rights you have under local law.

02Time limit

Request after-sales support for the affected product from the order page within 5 days after payment. After that, the order page no longer accepts requests; for special circumstances, please submit a support ticket.

03When you can request support

  • A file cannot be downloaded or opened, or a link no longer works;

  • The archive password is missing or incorrect;

  • What you received clearly does not match the product description, for example files listed in the description are missing;

  • You were charged twice or had another payment problem (submit a support ticket and we will check it).

04When refunds are generally not available

If there is nothing wrong with the content itself, refunds are generally not available when:

  • you change your mind after buying, or no longer want it after downloading;

  • you are unhappy with the style or other subjective qualities that the product page showed accurately;

  • you bought the wrong item without reading the product description.

05How it works

  • Submit a request: on the order page, choose the affected product, describe the problem, and say how you would like it resolved (for example, an updated link or the archive password).

  • Work it out: you and the creator each have 5 days to reply to each other. If either side does not reply within 5 days, the request closes automatically.

  • Request a refund: if the problem is not resolved, you can request a refund from the after-sales page for the creator to review. If the creator does not respond by the deadline shown, the refund is issued automatically.

  • Platform review: if the creator declines, or 24 hours after you requested the refund, you can ask Fansky to step in. We will review the case within 1–2 business days and make a final decision.

06Refund amount and method

The refund amount is shown on the after-sales page and is usually what you paid for the affected product. The refund methods available depend on how you paid:

  • Original payment method: usually arrives within 1–10 business days after approval. Some providers need manual processing, which may take longer.

  • FS Points: arrive instantly after approval and can be spent on Fansky.

07Memberships and tips

  • Memberships: each payment gives you 30 days of benefits and does not renew automatically. For a refund, contact the creator first. Creators can fully refund the most recent membership payment within 30 days after it was paid.

  • Tips: tips are voluntary support and are generally not refundable. If you were charged twice or had another payment problem, please submit a support ticket.

08After a refund

Once a refund is complete, access to the product or membership benefits is removed. Please delete any files you downloaded. If the refund process is abused to obtain content, we will restrict the account’s after-sales and purchasing features.
